RML, or Raimon Land Public Company Limited, expresses its concern for the safety of residents following the earthquake in the area. The company has taken proactive measures to quickly assess the safety of residents and evaluate potential impacts on all projects, confirming that all projects remain strong and undamaged.

Initial inspections by the engineering team and project experts revealed that all of RML's projects, including condominiums and office buildings, remain stable and strong. They have been designed and constructed to withstand seismic vibrations in accordance with the Ministry's regulations on earthquake-resistant building design standards of 2007 and the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning standards 1301/1302.

In particular, the ‘OCC’ (One City Centre), the tallest A+ grade office building in Thailand, has also been inspected by the engineering team and found to be structurally sound and completely safe. Its advanced engineering design allows it to withstand seismic vibrations, featuring properties that are "flexible" and "capable of controlled movement," effectively reducing damage and preventing collapse during earthquakes.

RML has urgently established a task force consisting of building engineers, structural engineers, structural specialists, and property management teams working at each project to closely monitor and manage the situation. The immediate measures include:

· Close monitoring of all safety aspects: RML's engineering and building management teams have conducted thorough inspections of building structures and provided accurate information to residents to enhance their confidence in safety and ensure peace of mind in their living environment.

· In-depth inspections with high standards: Expert teams are evaluating every detail of the projects, including structures, engineering systems, and essential utilities, to ensure that all components continue to support residents' perfect lifestyles.

· Maintenance actions to preserve living quality: If any damage is found during assessments, the property management team will promptly carry out repairs, prioritizing both safety and aesthetics to maintain the quality of life that RML residents take pride in.

Mr. Korn Narongdej, Chairman of the Executive Board of RML or Raimon Land Public Company Limited, stated, “RML places the utmost importance on the safety of residents and all building users. We act swiftly, comprehensively, and systematically to ensure that all projects maintain the highest safety standards while instilling confidence in our customers and the surrounding community in every situation. RML will continue to closely monitor the situation, providing information and ensuring safety continuously for the peace of mind of everyone in the RML family.”
